About Absolve Training

A bootcamp-style space for graduates and professionals to move up.

Absolve Training is built for people who already finished a course, degree or certification and now want a better role, a career change or stronger confidence at work. We sit in between “I have a qualification” and “I am actually job ready”.

Our programs combine technical skills with employability skills: practical sessions, projects, interview practice, resume and video resume support, and post-training guidance. Everything is designed to match how hiring managers and team leaders think today.

What we focus on

A simple mix of skills that matter in real roles.

1. Already qualified learners

Graduates, international students and working professionals who want more than basic coaching. We help them upgrade, switch or move into clearer roles using structured, practical training.

2. Employability skills as a core layer

Every stream includes communication, teamwork, problem solving and “how to show your skills” in interviews, resumes and day-to-day work, not just tool training.

3. Practical, bootcamp-style learning

Live online sessions, hands-on practice, workshops, bootcamps and webinars with subject matter experts. Less talk, more doing, with support available even outside class hours.

Market-linked training model

How we design programs around real roles

We do not create courses just because a topic is popular. We start with real job roles, the skills companies expect and the tools that keep showing up in interviews and performance reviews.

1. Read the market first

We study job ads, internal role descriptions, recruiter feedback and industry updates. This tells us which tools, frameworks and soft skills matter right now – not five years ago.

2. Map each learner’s starting point

We look at your past study, work experience and comfort with technology. This helps us understand whether you need upskilling, reskilling or a full career-shift plan.

3. Build a practical gap plan

We then design a program – bootcamp, workshop series or short course stack – to close the gap. Content is activity-based, with clear outcomes you can show on your resume and in interviews.

Who we work with

Graduates, working professionals and teams

We keep our structure flexible, but our focus is clear: people who are serious about getting better roles, changing direction or sharpening the way they work.

Graduates & early-career talent

Learners who already finished a qualification but still feel “not fully ready” for interviews or first roles. We help with technical refresh, employability skills and interview confidence.

Working professionals & career changers

People who are already working but want to move into IT, multimedia, HR, management or other areas. We plan realistic reskilling paths that fit around busy weeks.

Companies & leadership teams

Employers who want better onboarding, stronger reporting, safer practices and more confident team communication. We deliver targeted, practical training instead of generic slide sessions.

For individuals & companies

What it looks like to work with us

Whether you join as one learner or as a full team, the flow is almost the same: understand your goal, map it against the market, run focused training and then stay available while you apply things in real work.

We avoid drama. You know why each session exists, what the outcome is and how it connects to interviews, promotions or day-to-day tasks.

1

Skill & career conversation

We start with a simple discussion. You share your background, where you want to go and what is not working right now – tools, interviews, confidence or something else.

2

Market & role mapping

We compare your current skills with real job descriptions and team expectations. This gives a clear gap list: what to learn, what to polish, and what you already do well.

3

Bootcamps, labs & workshops

You then join practical sessions – live online classes, workshops, project tasks and sometimes webinars with market leaders and subject matter experts. You learn by actually doing the work.

4

Career support after training

We help you refine your resume and video resume, prepare for technical and behavioural interviews and keep sharing professional development ideas so you can grow in the area you choose. Support continues even after sessions are over.

Not sure which path suits you best?

Share your qualification, current role and where you want to move next. We will suggest a simple, realistic combination of bootcamps, workshops and support that fits your week and long-term plan.
